近日有关于保留纤维的骨切除术或骨切除术后软组织再生的研究，其文章于2015年2月在线发表于J Clin Periodontol。

背景：本研究的目的是为了评估保留纤维的骨切除术(FibReORS)或骨切除术后(ORS) 12个月愈合期内软组织的再生状况。

材料和方法：本研究纳入30名慢性牙周炎患者，接受相关治疗后其后牙牙周袋仍持续存在。牙周袋与牙槽骨缺损≤3mm有关；30名患者随机分为FibReORS组（实验组）和ORS组（对照组），每组15名患者。校准检查者后采用盲法测量各参数。缝合后，分别在随访第一个月、第三个月、第六个月和第十二个月时观察牙龈退缩的变化已了解软组织的再生情况。考虑了患者、手术位点、时间水平，采用多变量分析。

结果：手术时，QRS组骨切除量更大且术后牙龈退缩较多。ORS组手术位点术后软组织平均再生水平为2.5mm，FibReORS组则为2.2mm。两组均可发现接近90%的手术位点术后6个月软组织发生了冠向再生。ORS与观察时间之间的作用表明ORS组在术后第12个月时（p=0.0233）软组织再生的量更大。

结论：实验组和对照组术后都有软组织的冠向再生，ORS组牙龈退缩减少的程度明显大于FibReORS组。ORS和FibReORS术后第六个月时，均可发现牙龈边缘已具有显著的临床稳定性。
