双固化复合树脂作为核堆积材料目前广受好评。这篇研究的目的是通过经典的宏观实验和纳米压痕试验评估不同填料含量(+2.5和+5 wt%)的新型实验性核堆积材料的物理和弹性塑料特质。

结果显示,+2.5和+5 wt%组的弯曲折断轻度从91.7±11.8分别增加至114.1±9.1和116.6±14.7 MPa;相似的,弹性系数从12.6±0.9分别增加至15.4±1.2和15.3±2.0 MPa。+2.5和+5 wt%组的折断韧性从1.82±0.60分别增加至2.28±0.53和2.67±0.88 MPaom1/2;压痕强度从0.45±0.03分别显著增加至0.55±0.04和0.60±0.10 GPa。

结论:添加5 wt%的填料含量促使材料机械特质更加优良;+2.5 wt%填料促使材料获得更佳的稳定性。
