哮喘

2018 全球哮喘防治倡议进一步明确了哮喘急性加重的独立危险因素，细化了哮喘诊治中呼出气一氧化氮测定的运用，将2 型靶向生物制剂benralizumab 纳入了重度嗜酸粒细胞型哮喘的第5 级阶梯治疗，新增了哮喘- 慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠的表型和月经性哮喘，添加了妊娠期饮食与过敏、哮喘发生的研究论据。还更新了≤ 5 岁儿童吸入性糖皮质激素的日常低剂量、第3 和第4 级药物治疗新依据、2 型靶向生物制剂
