普通外科手术阿片类药物处方指南

每16个接受手术治疗的患者中就有1人需要长期应用阿片类药物，术后阿片类药物应用过量常见且缺乏关于阿片类药物处方变化的多学科指导。本文主要针对普通外科手术后处方阿片类药物提供指导。
