新发布的STRIVE-2依据近十年脑小血管病领域的研究进展，在STRIVE-1的基础上对脑小血管病的各种影像征象进行评价、调整及更新，对磁共振扫描序列及相关参数、后处理方法作出更细致的规范。

简要介绍：

脑小血管病的诊断主要依赖神经影像信息。以往脑小血管病的各种影像征象名称混杂、定义不清晰、标准不统一，极大地阻碍相关研究的广泛开展。自2013年Lancet Neurology公布脑小血管病的国际影像标准(STRIVE)至今已有十年。十年间，STRIVE标准受到脑小血管病领域研究人员的广泛认可，成为国际公认的影像诊断及研究标准。十年后的2023年，由50位国际专家和4位外部顾问组成的工作组在Lancet Neurology上公布了脑小血管病神经影像标准的更新版STRIVE-2。新发布的STRIVE-2依据近十年脑小血管病领域的研究进展，在STRIVE-1的基础上对脑小血管病的各种影像征象进行评价、调整及更新，对磁共振扫描序列及相关参数、后处理方法作出更细致的规范。
