远隔缺血适应是通过对某一器官或组织进行反复、短暂的缺血刺激,使得该器官或组织以外的其他器官或组织产生对缺血的适应,进而提高其对缺血损伤的耐受能力。

远隔缺血适应是通过对某一器官或组织进行反复、短暂的缺血刺激,使得该器官或组织以外的其他器官或组织产生对缺血的适应,进而提高其对缺血损伤的耐受能力,该方法具有便捷无创、经济实用、不良反应少、易于普及等优点。近年来,远隔缺血适应在缺血性脑血管病患者中的应用不断增多。本共识是结合我国脑血管病防治特点,参考国内外最新文献,围绕远隔缺血适应的概念和分型、作用机制、临床实施方法、适用人群、禁忌证及治疗前评估、未来研究和应用建议等临床常见问题制定,旨在引起广大神经科医生重视,以期为我国缺血性脑血管病患者的规范化防治和管理提供指导性建议。
