穿支动脉粥样硬化病（branch atheromatous disease,BAD）是急性缺血性脑卒中的常见类型,占所有缺血性脑卒中病因的10%15%,临床上多表现为以进行性运动功能缺失（progressive motordeficiency,PDM）为主的早期神经功能恶化（early neurological deterioration,END）,多发生在发病4872h,临床预后差[1-2]。由于传统影像学很难发现BAD的血管病变,导致临床上早期诊断困难及相关研究进展相对迟滞。
