简要介绍：

经皮机械循环支持(MCS)装置已成为心血管治疗设备中不可或缺的组成部分。随着越来越多的充血性心力衰竭患者对指南指导的药物治疗产生困难，各种MCS装置的出现提供了更大的心脏和全身支持，使心脏恢复在短期内和/或作为移植或目的治疗的桥梁。为了指导经皮MCS的应用，中国心脏病学会设计了一个撰写委员会，并就经皮MCS装置在复杂心血管疾病患者介入治疗中的应用达成了临床专家共识。
