2021年11月，亚太心脏病学会(APSC)发布了亚太地区特殊人群P2Y12受体拮抗剂的应用共识建议。高龄、糖尿病和慢性肾脏病不仅会增加慢性冠脉综合征（CCS）患者缺血事件的风险，也会增加抗血小板治疗期间出血风险。本文主要针对特殊人群中P2Y12受体拮抗剂的应用提供指导建议。
