为做好中西医结合医院、民族医医院评价工作，我局在总结评估以往中西医结合医院、民族医医院评审工作的基础上，对2012版二级中西医结合医院、二级民族医医院评审标准等有关文件进行了修订。现将修订后的《二级中西医结合医院评审标准(2018年版)》、《二级民族医医院评审标准(2018年版)》等有关文件印发给你们，请遵照执行。

《二级中西医结合医院评审标准(2018年版)》、《二级民族医医院评审标准(2018年版)》等有关文件是开展二级中西医结合医院、二级民族医医院评审的基本依据，各地对此不得进行删减。省级中医药主管部门可根据本辖区实际，在国家制定的评审标准基础上，遵循“内容可增不减，标准可升不降”的原则，以附加条款的形式体现。调整后的标准应当报我局审核后，方可发布使用。各省级中医药主管部门可依据评审标准制定本辖区的评审专家手册。

《二级中西医结合医院评审标准(2018年版)》、《二级民族医医院评审标准(2018年版)》等有关文件电子版可在国家中医药管理局网站下载。各地在工作过程中有任何意见或建议，请及时联系我局医政司。
