潘顿说:“活动促进血液流动,所以我们认为这种类型的培训可能会帮助妇女”。


该研究最近发表在“癌症支持治疗”杂志上。


在后续研究中,Panton的团队将研究力量训练如何影响乳腺癌幸存者的身体脂肪、骨骼健康、健康水平和生活质量。


根据美国癌症协会,在2015年美国有近300万乳腺癌幸存者。
