研究人员将123名明显健康的儿童研究对象。根据AA分析仪Pinnacle PCX上皮克林实验室的协议,根据aTRAQ试剂盒将LC-MS/MS血浆样品制备成用于Sciex 3200 Qtrap上的检测样。结果采用皮尔逊相关系数和百分差布兰-阿尔特曼检验解释。

我们评估的14AAsSpearman相关系数,从Tau0.67LeuThr0.89不等。11AAs的测量均值差异(IECLC-MS/MS比较)符合我们<15%的验收标准,SerTyr的差异更大(分别为19.5%- 19.0%)LC-MS/MS中测定的Cit浓度远低于IEC(31%的差异)

这两种方法对于大多数AAs都具有足够的可比性,除了瓜氨酸外,个别AAs的参考值无需精化。音粗,对于监测治疗中的患者(如苯丙酮尿症患者),仍然建议始终使用相同的分析方法来定量AAs
