殷敏毅，男，博士，副主任医师。上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院血管外科学科骨干。2001年毕业于上海第二医科大学，先后获硕士和博士学位。美国斯坦福大学（全美大学排名前三）医学院血管外科（2014.7-2015.6）访问学者，美国克里夫兰医学中心（全美医院排名前三）血管外科访问学者(2010.1-2010.6)。国际腔内血管外科协会委员（International Society of Endovascular Specialists, ISES），美国血管外科协会国际委员(Society for Vascular Surgery, SVS)，国际血管联盟中国分会青年委员会委员，中国医师协会腔内血管学专业委员会转化医学学组委员。擅长下肢动脉硬化闭塞症，脉管炎，糖尿病足，下肢深静脉血栓形成和血栓形成后遗症等血管疾病的诊断和治疗，尤其在下肢动静脉疾病的腔内介入治疗上经验丰富。获得上海市优秀青年教师出国访学资助，上海市中青年医师优秀论文（上海市医学会）等多项市级荣誉。先后多次受邀在美国血管外科年会，美国VEITH会议和中国血管外科年会等大会上做主题演讲。以第一完成人承担国家级等科研课题5项。以第一作者和通讯作者发表论著40余篇，其中SCI收录6篇。参编《临床血管外科学》等专著3册。
