进行性出血性损伤(PHI)严重影响创伤性脑损伤(TBI)的预后。目前研究表明，D-二聚体/纤维蛋白原比值(D/F比值)可能是静脉血栓栓塞的潜在预测因子。本研究试图描述和评价脑外伤后的D/F比值与PHI之间的关系。

这项回顾性研究纳入了192名TBI患者。研究人员通过测量血浆D-二聚体和纤维蛋白原，然后计算D / F比。 应用多元逻辑回归分析确定PHI的预测因子。构造了接收者工作特征（ROC）曲线以分析PHI的预测能力。。

格拉斯哥昏迷量表（GCS）得分（几率[OR]为0.565； 95％CI为0.464-0.689）和D / F比（OR为4.026； 95％CI为2.219-7.305）都是PHI的两个独立预测因子 。 D / F比的ROC曲线下面积（AUC）与GCS得分相似（AUC为0.816； 95％CI为0.754-0.868，而AUC为0.834； 95％CI为0.773-0.883； P = 0.699）。 此外，D / F比可将GCS评分的AUC显著提高至0.928（95％CI，0.881-0.960； P <0.001）。研究结果表明，D/F比值在研究队列中对PHI有较强的预测作用，因此在TBI患者的临床管理中应予以考虑。
