用水服药，多喝少喝有讲究

生活中很多患者服药时把主要注意力放在药品上，而对于送服的水漠不关心，事实上这小小一杯水的使用也是大有讲究的。

生活中很多患者服药时把主要注意力放在药品上，而对于送服的水漠不关心，事实上这小小一杯水的使用也是大有讲究的。 

1一般情况下怎么喝水

大部分的口服片剂通常用150-200ml的温开水送服即可。对于大部分的胶囊剂，由于其在服用后容易附着在食道壁上，所以建议饮水量应不低于300ml。

2服用这些药物应少喝水

胃黏膜保护剂、止咳糖浆、复方甘草合剂等药物都不宜多喝水，否则可能降低药效，影响治疗效果。如止咳糖浆，若服药后立即大量喝水，不仅降低咽喉部的药物浓度，而且还影响胃肠道对药物的吸收。因此，医生会建议患者至少在喝糖浆后5分钟内不要喝水。

3服用这些药物应多喝水

一些对消化道有刺激的药物，如四环素类药物等，进入人体后一定要加大饮水量，以减轻对消化道的刺激。磺胺类和喹诺酮类药物，在体内代谢时易在尿中析出结晶，损害泌尿系统，因此在服药期间必须大量喝水。

4服用这些药物不要喝热水

助消化类药物如胰蛋白酶等，含有助消化的酶，遇热后会失活。维生素类药物如维生素C遇热后易被还原、破坏，失去药效。一些含活性菌类药物如酪酸梭菌活菌片等遇热后其有效成分活性菌会被破坏；清热类中成药不宜用热水送服，用凉开水送服可增加其效力。

用水服药可别小瞧！药师提醒大家在服用上述一些药物时一定要注意用水，不要为了图省事，囫囵吞枣似的把药品送服下去，这样不仅耽误治疗，还可能加重病情，水乃生命之源，水能载药，亦能覆药，合理用水，药到病除。
