Neurology：脊髓损伤后的认知功能

近日，神经病学领域权威取杂志Neurology上发表了一篇研究文章，研究人员旨在系统地评估脊髓损伤患者认知障碍的发生率，以及确定潜在的促进和混杂因素。

研究人员通过检索Medline、CINAHL、Embase和PsycINFO电子数据库检索了脊髓损伤后定量报告认知能力的研究，还对文章中的参考文献进行了人工筛选，共筛选了2481项研究，该分析纳入了70项研究，其中21项报告了脊髓损伤后认知功能，并与健康对照组进行了相比，49项没有与健康对照组比较。研究分析了损伤的发生率以及与伴随的创伤性脑损伤、心理或躯体疾病、睡眠呼吸暂停、神经损伤程度和年龄的相互作用。

研究人员发现有大量证据表明脊髓损伤患者存在严重的认知功能障碍。潜在的共同促进因素包括伴随的脑损伤、心理或躯体合并症和睡眠呼吸暂停。认知功能与年龄呈负相关。未发现认知障碍的发生率与损伤程度之间的关联。
