AJRCCM：空气污染将增加慢阻肺患者死亡风险

近期，发表在AJRCCM上的一项研究发现，在慢阻肺成年患者中，长期暴露PM 2.5空气污染会增加心血管疾病风险。

 

研究方法

本研究由2007-2016年北加州凯泽永久健康计划的成员构建队列，基于北加州的35个县区数据集合建模来估计PM2.5年平均值，通过模型来验证慢阻肺疾病和心血管疾病的关联，后续还利用年龄、性别、种族/民族、吸烟等重要协变量调整模型进行分析。

结果

在慢阻肺成人队列中，PM 2.5增加10 μg/m 3相关的死亡率风险比大于1（HR=1.10），但不大于在更广泛的人群队列和其他潜在脆弱人群队列的死亡率风险比，调整年龄、性别、种族/民族等协变量后，观察到PM2.5暴露下心血管疾病死亡率风险显著上升。这与其他空气污染队列研究结果是一致的。

结论

该研究证明了对于患有慢阻肺的成年人，长期暴露于PM 2.5空气污染是心血管疾病的一个风险因素。
