J Evid Based Dent Pract:纳米颗粒凝胶可有效提高姜黄素治疗复发性口角炎的疗效

这项双盲随机临床试验共纳入了48名RAS患者,随机分组分别接受1%姜黄素纳米颗粒凝胶或2%姜黄素凝胶,每天使用3次,持续1周。使用视觉模拟量表(VAS)测量疼痛的严重程度,并在治疗前(基线)、治疗后4天和7天用牙周探针测量病变的大小(以毫米计)。通过重复测量的方差分析分析数据。

结果,基线时,两组之间的疼痛评分(P=0.160)或病变大小(P=0.432)没有显著差异。治疗后第7天,两组的疼痛评分和病灶大小都明显下降(P < 0.05)。治疗后第4天和7天,姜黄素纳米颗粒凝胶组的疼痛评分和病变大小的减少都明显更大(P < 0.05)。此外,姜黄素纳米颗粒凝胶组的疗效指数(EI)更高。

综上所述,目前的结果表明,随着时间的推移,两个治疗组的病变大小和疼痛评分都有所下降。然而,在不同的时间点,姜黄素纳米颗粒凝胶组的疼痛和病变大小的减少明显更大。姜黄素纳米颗粒凝胶似乎比姜黄素凝胶更有效地治疗轻微的RAS,加速创口的愈合。
