JGH:姜黄治疗功能性消化不良的疗效与奥美拉唑相似

姜黄素是一种天然化合物,具有良好的抗炎和抗癌特性。姜黄素是从姜科、天南星科中的一些植物的根茎中提取的一种二酮类化合物,化学式为C21H20O₆。

在姜类家族中,姜黄是最被普遍使用的一种热带草本。它的茎既可食用也可入药,拜其为人熟知的黄色成分,也给咖喱带来了颜色和风味。在印度传统的医药学中,姜黄被认为具有增强身体综合能量,消除胀气,驱除寄生虫,改善消化功能,调节月经,分解胆结石以及缓解关节炎等等其它用途。姜黄已被推荐用于治疗消化不良。消化不良包括了多种消化系统问题,例如胃部不适、胀气、胃气胀、打嗝、食欲不振和反胃。减少胃酸的分泌能有助于减轻消化不良的症状,因此,本项研究旨在比较姜黄与奥美拉唑在减轻消化不良(FD) 患者中的疗效。

为了完成本项研究,研究人员收集了2017 年 11 月至 2018 年 11 月间根据 ROME IV 标准诊断为 FD 的患者。患者被随机分为姜黄素治疗组、奥美拉唑治疗组或安慰剂组。消化不良严重程度评估 (SODA) 用于评估 2 周和 4 周后的临床有效性。使用 EuroQol-5 维度问卷评估与健康相关的生活质量,最后进行了统计分析。

共有132名患者被纳入本项研究。姜黄素组、奥美拉唑组和安慰剂组分别有 45 名、43 名和 44 名患者。在治疗4周时,姜黄素组疼痛和非疼痛症状的平均 SODA 评分变化低于安慰剂组(疼痛 -16.98±8.09 VS -10.53±4.43;P < 0.001,非疼痛 -7.96 ± 3.41 VS −6.05±3.03;P < 0.008)。姜黄素组和奥美拉唑组之间没有观察到显着差异(疼痛-16.98±8.09 VS -14.69±6.41;P = 0.302,非疼痛-7.96±3.41 VS -7.07±2.27;P = 0.486)。与奥美拉唑组相比,姜黄素组4周 SODA 满意度评分的平均变化更高,但无统计学意义(9.17±3.88 vs 8.63±3.89,P = 1)。4 周时 EQ-5D 指数的平均变化在姜黄素组中最高,但与其他组无统计学差异(0.12±0.13 VS 0.09±0.10 VS 0.07±0.05;P = 0.055)。

 

本项研究结果证实姜黄可以改善消化不良症状,提高生活质量,并在治疗消化不良(FD)时提供与奥美拉唑相当的疗效。
