BMJ：日本大型队列研究证实循环维生素D浓度升高可降低全身以及肝特异性肿瘤风险

近日研究人员在一项大型队列研究中评估诊断前循环维生素D浓度与随后全身和部位特异性肿瘤风险之间的关系。

研究在日本的9个公共健康中心开展，3301名肿瘤以及4044名对照患者参与研究，采用COX比例危险模型考察参与者血浆25-羟基维生素D浓度与肿瘤之间的关系。

研究发现，血浆25-羟基维生素D浓度与全身肿瘤风险呈负相关。多因素调整后，相对于浓度最低1/4人群，浓度1/2和最高1/4人群的肿瘤风险为0.81和0.75。对于特定部位肿瘤，浓度最低1/4、1/2和最高1/4人群的肝癌风险分别为0.70、0.65以及0.45。敏感性分析验证了上述结果。

这项大规模队列研究证实，维生素D浓度升高可降低肿瘤风险,本研究结果支持维生素D对肿瘤的预防效果。
