JAMA：治阵发房颤射频消融优于药物

目前指南推荐，抗心律失常药物治疗是有症状阵发性房颤患者的一线治疗。但是，不同药物疗效各异，且很大一部分患者由于药物副作用而停止服药。既往研究表明，对于服用≥1种抗心律失常药物治疗房颤无效的患者，单一射频消融术延缓房颤首次复发有效率达60%，也有研究表明射频消融作为阵发性房颤患者一线治疗与药物治疗相比减少房颤复发率。但射频消融作为阵发性房颤患者一线治疗是否优于抗心律失常药物尚存争议。
