海南省卫生部门日前发出通知，要求在所有县级以上综合医院建立慢性病和健康管理中心，实现慢病防治从治病为中心向以健康为中心的转变。

海南省卫生部门日前发出通知，要求在所有县级以上综合医院建立慢性病和健康管理中心，实现慢病防治从治病为中心向以健康为中心的转变。

该省要求，今年9月30日前在所有县级以上综合医院建立慢性病和健康管理中心，形成医院促进临床医生参与慢性病和健康管理的制度。同时，充分利用省级卫生健康信息平台，逐步构建连接各级各类医疗机构互联互通的慢性病和健康管理网络，建立多层次临床医生库，实现医患之间无障碍互动，建立信息共享、互联互通机制。

该省强调，要明确慢性病和健康管理中心在慢性病综合防治服务与管理工作中的职责和功能定位，努力提高慢性病患者规范管理率和控制率。同时，要加强中心队伍建设，确保配有专业人员，保障有足够能力承担日益增加的慢性病防治工作任务，提升全省慢性病综合防控水平。
