研究共确定了8项研究，检查了所需的剂量方案。其中，6项研究纳入了12周为主要终点。每天服用他达拉非12周的患者在国际勃起功能障碍指数-勃起功能领域的得分平均高出1.82分，尽管差异可能没有临床意义。
