超过三分之一的美国HIV患者没有接受乙肝疫苗接种

为了评估艾滋病毒患者乙肝疫苗接种的流行情况，并为世卫组织初始化建立一个基准，美国疾病控制与预防中心(CDC)的研究人员对18089名接受艾滋病毒治疗的成年人进行了全国代表性抽样调查，这些人在2009年至2012年期间参与了医疗监控项目。他们发现超过三分之一的美国艾滋病病毒感染者没有接种过乙肝疫苗。此外，只有十分之一的患者在进行了1年的艾滋病毒治疗的过程中接种了疫苗。

研究人员认为，达到消除乙型肝炎的目标需要多方面的方法来增加艾滋病病毒感染者的接种率。应该特别注意在私人诊所和没有由瑞安·怀特(Ryan White)艾滋病项目资助的机构中接受护理的病人的疫苗接种。
