祁海、陈玲玲教授荣获2016年第十一届华人生物学家协会“青年奖”

第十一届华人生物学家协会（Chinese Biological Investigators Society，CBIS）会议于2016年7月29日－8月2日在成都举行。清华大学医学院、清华大学免疫学研究所祁海教授获得本次CBIS Awards（Chinese Biological InvestigatorsSociety Awards）青年奖（Young Investigator Award），中国科学院上海生命科学研究院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所陈玲玲研究员同时获得该奖项。

华人生物学家协会成立于1998年，最初的名称是“吴瑞协会”，会员由海内外众多华人教授和专家组成。该协会旨在为华人提供国际化的交流合作平台，推动生命科学的前进，促进中国生命科学领域的发展。所设立的CBIS Awards包括三个奖项：吴瑞奖（表彰获得生命科学重大基础性发现或对中国生命科学发展起到重要推动作用的著名科学家）；青年奖（表彰45周岁以下的职业生涯早期，在生命科学领域取得重要成果的青年科学家）；教学奖（表彰对中国本科和研究生教育教学工作，作出杰出贡献的科研工作者）。该奖每两年评选一次，目前已评选两次。

祁海教授长期从事体液免疫应答机制研究。2009年入职清华以来，取得了一系列重要成果，发表了包括两篇Nature在内的多篇高水平论文，在滤泡辅助T细胞和生发中心生物学方向获得突破性发现，为体液免疫调节研究领域作出重要贡献。祁海教授现为教育部“***”特聘教授、国家自然科学基金委“杰出青年”，科技部“973”项目首席科学家，在2014年入选科技部创新人才推进计划“中青年科技创新领军人才”（万人计划），2015年获第八届谈家桢生命科学奖创新奖。
