由复星医药自主研发的创新型小分子化学药物FN-1501主要用于治疗白血病（最初由中国药科大学陆涛教授研发）。

由复星医药自主研发的创新型小分子化学药物FN-1501主要用于治疗白血病（最初由中国药科大学陆涛教授研发）。IND分别于2017年10月和2017年12月由FDA和中国食品药品监督管理局（现称为国家医疗产品管理局）批准。截至2019年11月28日，FN-1501的I期临床试验仍在美国、澳大利亚和中国大陆进行，用于治疗白血病和实体瘤。

上海复星医药（集团）股份有限公司是一家中国制药公司，主要业务是制药、药品分销及零售、医疗服务以及诊断产品与医疗器械。复星医药亦持有国药控股32.1%股权。

近日，《血液》杂志上发表了一篇文章，提供了遗传学证据，表明在B细胞中同时激活NF-κB和Notch信号足以诱导B细胞淋巴瘤转化，并启动普通的祖细胞通过去分化转化成髓系，而非转分化。有趣的是，转化的髓细胞还可以进一步转化为髓细胞白血病，虽然发生频率较低。
