尽管人牙髓干细胞(hDPSCs)促进骨再生的治疗潜力已得到证实，然而对于其临床应用的疗效还需要进一步评估和检验。这篇研究的目的是为了评估2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside (THSG)对hDPSCs成骨分化的作用以及检测THSG增强的hDPSCs成骨潜力对大鼠牙槽骨缺损的疗效。

尽管人牙髓干细胞(hDPSCs)促进骨再生的治疗潜力已得到证实，然而对于其临床应用的疗效还需要进一步评估和检验。这篇研究的目的是为了评估2，3，5，4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside (THSG)对hDPSCs成骨分化的作用以及检测THSG增强的hDPSCs成骨潜力对大鼠牙槽骨缺损的疗效。研究通过实时定量聚合酶链式反应检测成骨相关mRNA表达(including ALP， RUNX2， BGLAP， and AMBN)。Alizarin red S染色观察分析THSG诱导的hDPSCs矿化。为了评估施加THSG的hDPSCs对牙槽骨再生的作用，研究构建雄性Sprague-Dawley大鼠牙槽骨缺损模型。缺损处分别施以Matrigel (Corning Inc， Corning， NY)， hDPSCs或hDPSCs + THSG处理。术后2周，通过micro-CT和组织学观察分析缺损的愈合情况。结果显示，在细胞模型中，THSG能够诱导成骨分化相关基因(ALP， RUNX2， and BGLAP)和釉质相关基因(AMBN)的表达。2周后，a
