BMJ：超加工食品增加心脑血管疾病风险

研究认为超加工食品的消费与心血管疾病，冠心病和脑血管疾病的风险增加有关

近日研究人员评估了食用超加工食品与心血管疾病风险之间的关联。

本次研究为基于人群的队列研究，2009-18年间开展，105159名成年参与者，收集参与者总计3300种膳食摄入数据，根据加工程度使用NOVA分类对这些食物进行分类。通过针对已知风险因素调整的多变量Cox比例风险模型评估超级加工食品的摄入量与心血管，冠心病和脑血管疾病的总体风险之间的关联。

在5.2年的中位随访中，超加工食品的摄入与整体心血管疾病的风险较高相关（1409例，超加工食品比重每增加10%风险比为1.12），在518208随访年中，超加工食品高消费者（前1/4）的总发病率为每10万人年277人，低消费者（后1/4）为每10万人242力。超加工食品高消费者的冠心病（665例，HR=1.13，高消费人群和低消费人群的发病率分别为124和109每10万人年）和脑血管疾病风险（829例，HR=1.11，在高消费人群和低消费人群中，发病率分别为163和144/10万人年）增加。在调整了饮食营养质量的几个标志物（饱和脂肪酸，钠，糖摄入量和膳食纤维）之后，上述结果仍然具有统计学意义。

研究认为超加工食品的消费与心血管疾病，冠心病和脑血管疾病的风险增加有关。
