女性患者，63岁，3个月前臀部两侧和大腿上部后侧开始瘙痒，并出现环状红斑和鳞屑。局部使用0.122%的戊酸倍他米松软膏皮疹并未消退。

女性患者，63岁，3个月前臀部两侧和大腿上部后侧开始瘙痒，并出现环状红斑和鳞屑（如下图所示）。局部使用0.122%的戊酸倍他米松软膏皮疹并未消退。



最终诊断为变态反应性皮炎，与坐便器有关，斑贴试验阳性。

上世纪60年代以前，接触木制马桶座所引起的过敏性性皮炎被认为是局限性皮炎的一种形式，与木材、油漆以及马桶座椅的油漆成分有关。随着木座椅的流行这类皮炎的发生率不断升高。马桶座过敏性接触性皮炎皮损局限于大腿后上部，整个臀部出现皮疹，或如这个患者一样皮疹呈环形分布。
