CLIN CANCER RES：放疗对转移性肾细胞癌患者肿瘤微环境免疫功能的影响

转移性肾细胞癌放疗免疫功能

转移性肾细胞癌患者接受放疗可以降低肿瘤负荷，但是高剂量放疗对肿瘤微环境免疫功能的影响方面研究较少。CLIN CANCER RES近期发表了一篇文章，研究转移性肾细胞癌患者放疗后进行肾切除的安全性和可行性，分析高剂量放疗对免疫功能的影响。

转移性肾细胞癌患者接受放疗可以降低肿瘤负荷，但是高剂量放疗对肿瘤微环境免疫功能的影响方面研究较少。CLIN CANCER RES近期发表了一篇文章，研究转移性肾细胞癌患者放疗后进行肾切除的安全性和可行性，分析高剂量放疗对免疫功能的影响。

作者对肾细胞癌细胞系进行放射，评估其免疫学改变。接受15Gray单次放疗的转移性肾细胞癌患者4周后进行减瘤性肾切除术。分析肾细胞癌标本评估肿瘤相关抗原表达和T细胞浸润情况。研究共纳入14例患者。体外实验表明放射后的肾细胞癌细胞肿瘤相关抗原表达增加。14例接受放疗后进行手术治疗的患者耐受性良好。放疗后肿瘤标本免疫调节分子钙网蛋白以及肿瘤相关抗原（CA9，5T4，NY-ESO-1，MUC-1）表达增加。与未接受放疗的肿瘤组织标本相比，接受放疗患者的肿瘤标本Ki67+增殖CD8+T细胞和FOXP3+细胞增加。

文章最后认为，放疗后进行肾切除术是可行的，治疗毒性较小。放疗后，肾细胞癌患者钙网蛋白、肿瘤相关抗原以及增殖T细胞比例增加。该研究为转移性肾细胞癌放疗后免疫功能改变提供了证据。
