Dent Mater J:一种全新改良根管封闭剂的物理和生物学特性

根管治疗的关键是消除微生物感染、严密充填根管系统和减少对尖周组织的刺激。然而,由于材料的缺陷,现代根管封闭剂很难满足所有的条件。在此,作者研发了一种全新的根管充填封闭剂(MZOE),它是将氧化锌丁香油酚(ZOE)与聚六亚甲基胍(PHMG)相结合,并且PHMG的浓度为0.8, 1.0, 1.2和1.4%。

研究测试了它的物理特性、抗粪肠球菌和白色念珠菌等的活性和对人牙周膜成纤维细胞的毒性(HPDLFs)。结果显示,MZOE的特性符合ISO 6876:2001的标准,并且它的抗菌活性明显强于ZOE (p<0.05),HPDLFs的RGR测试结果在1到24%之间,属于中等强度的毒性。结果表明,MZOE具有良好的物理特性、较高的抗菌活性以及适中的细胞毒性。
