近年来，数项大型试验已证实急性大动脉闭塞( emergent large vessel occlusions，ELVOs) 所致的卒中患者能够从血管内治疗中获益。对ELVO 患者术前、术中和术后的管理问题备受关注。遗憾的是，目前很多与机械取栓相关卒中治疗的措施仍存在争议。本指南综合分析现有的最佳证据，以制定机械取栓术后患者管理的指导建议。
