近年来全球范围内甲状腺癌发病率大幅增加，成为十大恶性肿瘤之一，针对甲状腺癌的相关诊疗规范相继制定。外科手术是治疗甲状腺癌的重要手段，规范化的外科治疗可有效改善患者的预后和生活质量，而不规范的手术则会增加复发风险和并发症，降低生存率，给患者带来严重的生理、心理和经济负担。2022年初，国内首部涵盖所有病理类型的甲状腺癌诊治指南《中国肿瘤整合诊治指南—CACA甲状腺癌诊治指南》正式发布。与其他指南相比，该指南的推荐意见更加贴合中国国情，注重整合多学科诊疗资源，在保证治疗效果的同时，最大限度地降低并发症风险和减少治疗的潜在问题。
