中医药治疗急性气管-支气管炎临床疗效显著，围绕中医辨证论治特色制订急性气管-支气管炎中医诊疗指南具有重要的临床实践意义。中华中医药学会肺系病分会、中国民族医药学会肺病分会组织成立了多学科背景的《急性气管-支气管炎中医诊疗指南》制订工作组，基于《世界卫生组织指南制订手册》与《中西医结合诊疗指南制订手册》，通过临床问题调研、证据收集与评价、德尔菲咨询法、专家共识会议等技术环节，综合当前最佳证据、干预成本和专家经验，形成了中医辨证治疗急性气管-支气管炎的 25 条诊疗推荐意见，用于规范急性气管-支气管炎病因病机、辨证论治、预防调护等内容，可供各级医疗机构医师诊疗时应用。
