本共识阐述介入放射学学会(SIR)对金属支架血管内治疗慢性髂股静脉阻塞的立场。SIR认为使用血管内支架置入术治疗慢性髂股静脉阻塞可能对选定的患者有帮助，但风险和益处尚未在精心设计的随机研究中得到充分量化。主席先生，建议尽快完成这类研究。同时，建议在支架置入前仔细选择患者和优化保守治疗，并注意合适的支架尺寸和高质量的操作技术。建议使用血管内超声的多平面静脉造影来诊断和定性阻塞性髂静脉病变，并指导支架治疗。支架置入后，SIR建议密切跟踪患者，以确保最佳的抗血栓治疗、持久的症状反应和并发症的早期识别
