2021年11月，台湾生物精神病学和神经精神药理学会(TSBPN)发布了精神分裂症患者改用长效阿立哌唑（每月1次）的共识建议。在过去十年中，长效注射抗精神病药物意见广泛用于精神分裂症的治疗，长效阿立哌唑每月1次(AOM)是唯一获批用于精神分裂症治疗的长效抗精神病药物。本文主要针对精神分裂症患者改用长效阿立哌唑AOM提供共识指导。
