融合基因NRG1和NRG2是表皮生长因子（EGF）受体家族的成员，已成为癌症的关键驱动因素。NRG1基因融合的发生率因癌症类型而异，其中肺癌的发病率最高。本文主要针对NRG1/2基因融合实体瘤的诊断与治疗提出专家共识，并指出临床试验有望使更多的NRG1和NRG2基因融合实体瘤患者受益。
