　　日本学者研究发现，在连续使用抗肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）药物治疗类风湿关节炎（RA）的过程中，仅有第1年的治疗与患者发生严重感染的风险增加显著相关，而在治疗的第2或第3年此相关性消失。论文发表于《关节炎护理与研究》杂志[Arthritis Care Res 2012，64（8）:1125]。

　　研究纳入起始接受英夫利昔单抗或依那西普（抗TNF组）治疗的RA患者727例，接受传统非生物缓解病情抗风湿药物（对照组）治疗的RA患者571例，以评估研究观察的3年间，患者发生严重感染的情况。

　　结果为，抗TNF组和对照组患者严重感染的发生率分别为5.54/100患者-年和2.72/100患者-年。泊松回归分析显示，经校正基础和时间依赖的协变量后，连续使用抗TNF药物发生严重感染的总体和第1年的相对风险（RR）均显著增加，分别为1.97和2.40，但第2和第3年的总和风险并未显著增加（RR=1.38）。
