欧洲发布《2015慢性肺曲霉病诊断与治疗指南》

对于慢性瘙痒的治疗一直缺乏共识或指南，2010年德国率先制定和发布德语版慢性瘙痒治疗指南，之后2012年欧洲皮肤病学论坛（EDF）和欧洲皮肤病与性病学会（EADV）联合发布欧洲慢性瘙痒指南。欧洲慢性瘙痒指南主要针对的是症状而不是疾病，推荐的治疗方案是基于参与国专家的共识，不推荐单一治疗概念。该指南适用于与慢性瘙痒患者有关的各个学科，指南内容包括定义、临床分类、流行病学、慢性瘙痒的临床表现，诊断及治

近日，由全球真菌感染基金会(GAFFI)主席、英国曼彻斯特大学医药及医疗真菌学教授David Denning牵头、欧洲呼吸协会（ERS，European Respiratory Society）和欧洲临床微生物学与感染性疾病学会（ESCMID，European Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases）联合制定并发布了《2015年慢性肺曲霉病诊断与治疗指南》[1]。该指南将血清、肺泡灌洗液GM试验、血清曲霉菌IgG抗体检测和血清曲霉菌IgE抗体检测列为实验室诊断重点推荐指标。

近年来，肺曲霉病的发病率呈上升趋势，已成为仅次于念珠菌病的主要肺部真菌感染性疾病，给患者带来了巨大的痛苦。在欧洲估计有24万人患有CPA,全球更是达到了300万人。

《2015年慢性肺曲霉病诊断与治疗指南》详细描述了该疾病的重要特性，并提供了全面的治疗建议。它的发布给肺曲霉病的早期诊断和有效治疗带来了新的突破！


ESCMID主席Murat Akova教授评论道：“我很高兴这个开创性的临床指南得到公布，慢性真菌感染疾病的预防和治疗是艰难的，特别是CPA，这需要高水平的实验室和临床专业知识。”

ERS指导主任Marc Miravitlles博士说:“我们欢迎该指南的发表,它提供了对肺曲霉病诊断和治疗等方面的关键见解。通过在该课题上建立专家共识,有助于提高CPA的早期诊断率,最终改善患者的治疗效果。”

全球真菌感染基金会(GAFFI)主席、英国曼彻斯特大学医学和医学真菌学教授David Denning对慢性肺曲霉病诊断与治疗领域在过去几年所做的努力表示了肯定:“在2009年，我们建立了国家曲霉病中心及其相关实验室，通过对数以百计病人的观察与治疗收获了宝贵经验，提升了医疗服务质量。”他也对此发表了自己的期许：“未来，更多新的研究与新的抗真菌药物的问世将有效减少CPA对患者的伤害。
