荷兰一项研究表明，在当前临床实践中，直接经皮冠状动脉介入（PPCI）后复发性心梗仍为相对常见并发症，并且可显著升高死亡、卒中和出血风险。论文11月4日在线发表于《美国心脏病学杂志》（Am J cardiol）。


此项研究共纳入1700例接受PPCI和支架置入的ST段抬高心肌梗死患者，并评估了复发性心梗对后续临床转归的影响。在中位随访4.7年间，共有240例患者出现复发性心梗。

结果显示，复发性心梗与后续心源性死亡（危险比[HR] 6.86）、非心源性死亡（HR 2.02）、卒中（HR 3.68）和中重度出血（HR 3.71）风险升高具有相关性。早期复发性心梗（PPCI实施1日内）与未校正心源性死亡率升高具有相关性。进行多变量校正之后，晚期复发性心梗（PPCI实施1年后）与后续心源性死亡风险最高具有相关性。心源性死亡风险与复发性心梗期间是否存在持续ST段抬高无关。
