该研究旨在评估富含白细胞和血小板的纤维蛋白（L-PRF）膜在增加种植体周围角质化粘膜（KM）宽度中的作用。

方法：实验纳入8名需要双侧扩大下颌种植体周围KM的患者。在对照部位，使用游离的牙龈移植物（FGG），而在另一侧（实验组）应用L-PRF膜。实验主要评估种植体周围的KM宽度增加程度。其次，评估术后疼痛和手术时间。随访期为6周。

结果：两组中KM的总颊舌宽度显着增加，应用FGG的部位增加1.3 mm±0.9（P <.05）。在此期间，加宽区域的收缩率在实验部位为32.1％，在对照组为23.6％。对照组的术后疼痛评分的所有值均高于实验组。实验组和对照组的平均手术时间分别为29.1±4.8和48.1±7.7分钟。

在分口设计的随机对照试验的限制内，可以得出，L-PRF可以增加种植体周围KM的宽度。此外，与FGG相比，使用L-PRF的手术时间更短，患者术后不适和疼痛更少。
