PET SUVmax不能预测食管癌总生存

　澳大利亚学者2月29日在线发表于《世界外科杂志》（World Journal of Surgery）的一项研究称，不支持采用治疗前PET-CT 最大标准摄取值（SUVmax）预测食管癌患者尤其是已接受新辅助治疗的食管癌患者的预后。 　　该研究从一个被前瞻性维护的数据库中确定了2001～2010年所有接受食管切除术且有术前PET-CT数据的患者的资料。 　　结果共确定了103例符合条件的患者

　澳大利亚学者2月29日在线发表于《世界外科杂志》（World Journal of Surgery）的一项研究称，不支持采用治疗前PET-CT 最大标准摄取值（SUVmax）预测食管癌患者尤其是已接受新辅助治疗的食管癌患者的预后。

　　该研究从一个被前瞻性维护的数据库中确定了2001～2010年所有接受食管切除术且有术前PET-CT数据的患者的资料。

　　结果共确定了103例符合条件的患者的资料。

　　82例为腺癌（80%），21例（20%）为鳞状细胞癌。

　　57例（55%）接受了新辅助治疗。

　　在仅接受手术治疗的患者中，原发肿瘤SUVmax＞5.0与预后较差显著相关[危险比（HR）为0.32，P=0.007]，但多变量分析并未确认这种显著性（HR为0.65，P=0.43）。

　　在已经接受新辅助治疗的患者中，术前SUVmax不能显著预测总生存状况（P=0.10）。
