目的:

(1)通过使用不同的静电记录管(EPT)导电介质以确定人类牙髓的感觉阈值;
(2)同时确定人类髓的感觉阈值是否具有性别差异。

方法:

研究纳入40例研究对象(20名男性,20名女性),年龄在19-24岁之间,随机选取一颗完整的上颌中切牙。使用恒流电刺激器(英国布里斯托尔大学)联合不同的导电介质分别刺激牙齿,每次刺激间隔1分钟,将探头放置在牙冠中部以估测牙齿的感觉阈值。电极的尖端覆盖一薄层导电介质。对牙齿每秒施加两次电刺激,并逐渐增加电刺激的强度直到受试者出现感觉,同时记录受试者的感觉阈值和疼痛得分。试验介质包括以水为基质的凝胶剂(K-Y超凝胶;2%利多卡因凝胶;电极凝胶;氟化物凝胶)和牙膏(高露洁全效牙膏;舒适达修复及维护牙膏;牙医生益齿白牙膏;闪亮美白牙膏;)。使用双因素方差分析及Turkey检验评估出受试者的感觉阈值。

结果:

与舒适达修复与维护牙膏作为介质测试所得的感觉阈值相比,2%利多卡因凝胶和氟化物凝胶作为介质测试所得的感觉阈值明显较低(P<0.001)。无论使用何种导电介质,女性的平均感觉阈值要明显低于男性的感觉阈值(P<0.001)。

结论:

人类牙髓电活力测试的感觉阈值受导电介质和性别的影响。
