一位急诊病人到仁济东院脑外科复诊。（众所周知复诊应该到门诊！）好心的急诊脑外科值班医生不但帮他复诊而且没让他挂号。因为该病人昨天是用自费卡看病的，今天复诊带了医保卡而没告知医生今天要用医保卡付费。医生把CT开在了昨天他自费卡的电脑信息里，之后该患者用医保卡去付费被告之卡里什么内容都没有。这样的事情就把病人及其家属惹怒了，2个人将把诊室里的电话、电脑砸向医生，医生当时意识丧失！目前该医生被打得颈椎错位、肾挫伤、胸背部软组织挫伤、头面部外伤、脑部损伤！因为自己医院的医生不能在自己医院验伤，目前已住进东方医院！

我们该愤怒吗？还是悲伤？为医生一时的恻隐之心不值？或者安保系统的不善委屈？为法治刻意的缺失不平，或者自己身在急诊的危险担忧？

我们也有千百万的委屈和不堪，我们也有太多无从诉说的辛苦和压力。但我们从来没有想过通过伤害他人来发泄自己的情绪（虽然那对于我们是易如反掌的事情）。我们常常也会想不明白，为什么我们应该被伤害？还是被那些我们想要去帮助的人们伤害着。伤害别人能减轻你自己的痛苦吗？你就这样快乐起来了吗？这样的人，就算我们治好了你的身体又如何呢？

而上海东方医院的有关人士证实了该医生住院的情况，表示之所以选择东方医院实际上为惯例，即本医院的医生发生医疗纠纷致伤一般选择别的医院治疗，本院则需要避嫌。
