图1. A、正常大脑中动脉。B、垂直于管腔截面的放大视图。大脑中动脉壁分为4个象限:即上壁、下壁、腹壁和背壁。C、血管壁环形增厚,即同心圆。D、血管壁的偏心增厚。E、左大脑中动脉M1段局部T1高信号。F、病变处血管横截面放大视图显示血管壁偏心增厚和T1高信号。病变强化程度:0级(G);一级(H); 二级(I):

图2. 37岁,男性。3D TOF-MRA MIP图像显示左MCA狭窄(A)。HR-VW-MR成像,左侧 MCA 狭窄部位的强化前 T1影像显示等信号病变,表面不规则(B和C)。斜矢状位图像显示血管壁同心增厚病变,累及环形壁(D)。增强后T1图像显示病变呈强烈(II级)同心强化(E-G)。DWI显示左半卵圆心有一个小的斑片状急性缺血性病变,弥散抑制(H和I):
