宫颈癌前病变HPV筛查

美国阴道镜检查与宫颈病理学会（ASCCP）日前发布2013年宫颈癌筛查指南的更新，强调了对细胞学阴性、HPV阳性的30岁以上女性进行HPV16/18基因分型检测，以便及时发现细胞学正常结果中存在的宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）这一癌前病变高危人群，以及对意义不明确的不典型鳞状细胞人群加强随访观察。 指南下载：ASCCP.Updated Consensus Guidelines for Ma
