Biomed Mater:仿生鱼Col/BG/CS复合膜可诱导根分叉区骨再生

研发具有优异性能的引导组织或骨再生(GTR/GBR)膜一直是生物医学领域中的一大挑战。本研究旨在制备仿生静电鱼胶原蛋白/生物活性玻璃/壳聚糖(Col/BG/CS)复合纳米纤维膜,并测定其结构、力学性能、抗菌活性以及对人牙周膜细胞(HPDLCs)的生物学效应。使用狗II类根分叉模型评估这种复合膜诱导牙周组织再生的能力。结果显示,这种复合膜具有较好的亲水性(接触角为12.83±3°),抗拉强度为13.

研发具有优异性能的引导组织或骨再生(GTR/GBR)膜一直是生物医学领域中的一大挑战。本研究旨在制备仿生静电鱼胶原蛋白/生物活性玻璃/壳聚糖(Col/BG/CS)复合纳米纤维膜,并测定其结构、力学性能、抗菌活性以及对人牙周膜细胞(HPDLCs)的生物学效应。

使用狗II类根分叉模型评估这种复合膜诱导牙周组织再生的能力。结果显示,这种复合膜具有较好的亲水性(接触角为12.83±3°),抗拉强度为13.1±0.43Mpa。与纯鱼胶原膜相比,这种复合膜对变形链球菌有一定的抗菌性。复合膜不仅增强了HPDLCs的细胞活力和成骨基因的表达,而且还促进了RUNX-2和OPN蛋白的表达。进一步的动物实验证实,复合膜能够促进狗根分叉区的骨再生。

综上所述,本研究研发的一种仿生鱼Col/BG/CS复合膜,可诱导组织再生,具有一定的抗菌活性,为GTR/GBR膜的潜在应用奠定了基础。
