　　加拿大一项研究表明，大多数晚期或复发性肾透明细胞癌（CCC）接受姑息性化疗的获益较少，目前应探索放疗和靶向治疗在这类患者中的应用价值，以改善临床转归。研究论文近期发表于《妇科肿瘤学》（Gynecologic Oncology）杂志。

　　该研究共纳入了158例单纯CCC患者，其中33例晚期患者接受了一线治疗，接受二和三线治疗的患者分别有47和25例。所有患者共接受了105个疗程的治疗：单独化疗88个疗程、单独放疗14个疗程和联合治疗3个疗程。获益于化疗、放疗和联合治疗的患者比例分别为24％、64％和100%。无任何一类化疗药被证明有明显疗效。
