许多ARD患者接受ETOP；并发症很少见。在符合医学指征的ETOP中，没有异常并发症或疾病发作的不良信号。

这项研究旨在提供有关在两个转诊数据库随访的自身免疫性风湿病（ARD）女性患者选择性终止妊娠（ETOP）的发生率和安全性的参考数据。

检索了两个大型数据库，即关注妊娠的转诊ARD临床实践（BVC）以及一项对SLE和抗磷脂抗体相关妊娠（PROMISSE）的观察性研究，以了解既往ETOP病史和与ETOP相关的并发症。

既往怀孕的女性中，BVC数据库的1,307例女性中有21.7％，PROMISSE数据库的297例患者中有25.3％有1-5次的既往ETOPs病史。BVC患者未报告因ETOP引起的发作或住院并发症。在674例意外怀孕中， 15例（2％）因胎儿或产妇原因被建议终止妊娠；其中，有2例胎儿在手术前死亡；1例女性患者拒绝终止妊娠，并且尽管重病仍成功分娩。3年后，该患者死于心肌病。

许多ARD患者接受ETOP；并发症很少见。在符合医学指征的ETOP中，没有异常并发症或疾病发作的不良信号。
