致力于生物科技成果转化的佰鸥创投生物科技有限公司(Bio-Ventures），最近联合国家动物疫病预防与控制研究中心、北京市动物疫病研究中心、吉林省动物疫病研究中心，成功研制开发出系列 "高精准微滴式数字PCR动物疫病检测试剂盒"，并在中关村生命科学园成功实现科技成果的商业化落地。据悉,此项科技成果在全国范围乃至国际动物疫病领域都具有领先性与首创性，预期将在推动我国建立更加经济有效的动物疫病防控体系上发挥积极作用。

此次发布的基于微滴式数字PCR平台研发的动物疫病试剂，是目前全球范围内独家推出的成品试剂盒，包括禽流感、禽流感H7N9、蓝耳病、高致病性美州株、猪的流行性腹泻等动物疫病检测试剂盒。微滴式数字PCR是第三代基因扩增检测技术，俗称"绝对定量"，可以更加精确地检测出动物血液中的痕量病毒。这项技术的突破难度在于寻找到最佳检测比例，二代荧光定量PCR最多5个样品合一进行检测，而数字PCR的试剂可以达到1：100甚至更多，适合目前动物疫病的检测黄金比例。

目前中国的牛、羊、猪、鸡等养殖量总数有200多亿，而每年的监测量只有不到1％，这是由于现有二代PCR平台技术上的局限性，另外需大量操作人员、费用高也很难提高检测量。此项技术的推出，在增加普查量和避免漏捡的同时，不增加国家投入，将有助于在食品安全的源头及早发现疫情，尽早处理避免更大面积的传染，更好地控制漏检，减少传染人的几率；也将有助于国家建立规范化、规模化的动物疫病新型检测方法。据佰鸥创投联合创始人陈晨介绍，此次与多个单位科研专家在成果转化上做出成功探索后，未来将在更多生物细分领域与更多科研单位展开合作，并通过与顶尖孵化器打造联合众创中心，引入风险投资，努力把佰鸥打造成专注于中国生物科技领域成果转化的"金牌操盘手"！
